   Jane understands the relevant (to our sale) market really well. She is a wonderful communicator. Jane is straight up, she is super positive and she instils great confidence in vendors. She managed the 'house damage drama' with great professionalism and humour. I really appreciated how she kept me up to date with developments and kept her comms brief and timely. I expect the potential purchasers enjoyed working with Jane also. She followed the processes that need to be followed ensuring the sale process was fair and transparent for all involved. I had slightly higher expectations (approx 3 - %) in terms of price than what was offered. However, all offers came in around a similar figure so this probably reflected the perceived value of the property and had nothing to do with how it was marketed. We were live in the process for just over two weeks. Awesome to be sold so quickly. The deadline treaty really worked for me. This was a wonderful experience.
