Service a bit lacking if you have a car stored there be prepared to get new keys made as they lose them and increase there prices every 6 months. If you ring them you get put to the main call centre as they don't answer phones
Super good experience with the National Storage team. Right from the moment i walked in the door, was very well looked after and even managed to score a special deal. facility was totally what was needed and price very fair.
The experience was exceptional the Manager at the Kaikorai Valley storeage went out of his way to show us thru smaller storeage units as we had a clean out The price was within our price bracket and the changeover went smoothly A great team effort AAA+++
The staff at National Storage in Dunedin were very helpful and made the whole process of de-cluttering our home very easy. They were friendly and knowledgeable and made sure we got the best option for our needs. The units are secure and well maintained and there is easy access.

Perfect for what I need.liked the fact they have smaller spaces and prices were fair too.
Not impressed for numerous reasons mainly the container units were very difficult to open and close due to paint build-up. I moved to a smaller unit and asked for a cash refund. I was ignored and without informing me they added the excess money to my rental and therefore weren't allowed a refund. The code machine to gain access through the main door was broken and has still been broken for a month. Therefore at weekends, you have to walk to the other entrance and back inside to open it up.
Very informative staff, we're able to demonstrate how big an area was with sliding walls.
Ladies were great and know their stuff! Was able to reserve storage without the hassle of deposit and they even gave me a 50% discount when they found out that I only needed it for half a month! The rates are very competitive and after hours access was easy!
