   Fantastic experience. I took my 90 year old mum to get a flu JAB, without an appointment, and the staff at Marewa Pharmacy could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The lady who gave the injection (sorry, can't remember the name but Michelle, I think) even came out to the car and was so lovely to my old mum, we were both blown away by the level of service, and the friendliness. This will definitely be our "GO TO" chemist from now on. Nice to see that good, polite and friendly customer service is still alive and well and residing at Marewa Pharmacy. Well done guys.

   Appalled with the service at this Pharmacy. Walked in and said hello to 3 staff members who all looked up, ignored me and then carried on talking among themselves. Very badly organised took ages and had to spell my surname out multiple times and then the female staff member that gave me my script proceeded to talk very loudly regarding what my script was which made me feel embarrassed and extremely uncomfortable. Rude and unprofessional they need to hire staff that actually want to work in customer service.

   The worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. You wait for ages even to be acknowledged. Then you wait for so long to get your script. Then they turn around say they don't have enough, if any if what you need, so you have to go back anyway. Every single time! I've moved to another pharmacy.

   The staff are amazing but it takes forever to get your scripts done. So if you are in a rush or want your medication asap don't expect it for several long hours.

   Today I rang about paying on line to avoid touching the eftpos machine. I was told to use paywave which I hadn't thought about. I then made an innocent suggestion about cleaning the eftpos machine and was told it is cleaned twice a day. I suggested it should be cleaned after every use and was told "you come and work for us then". I was offended and said I was t shooting the messenger just making a suggestion. I k how people are stressed but remember "be kind".
