   We had brought a grain crusher from here. It lasted just over a month! After emailing the company their reply was we were over working it. What a joke. So we brought another one, it arrived on Monday and DIED ON FRIDAY!!!! This is now $1000 we have spent and we still have no crusher! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYINE! FRUSTRATING SERVICE AND PRODUCT!! JOKES ON US I GUESS

   Went in and bought a $20 item. Employee asked me for my personal details such as mobile number. I asked why and he said for warranty purposes. I responded that the invoice would be sufficient. He then started making up stories about tax law requiring I provide my personal details. When I restated that I did not wish to give out personal data just to buy a $20 item he then became derogatory and insulting. Horrible customer experience. That rude and insulting employee should not be involved with any members of the public! I now avoid that business and its unpleasant customer experience.

   I went in to the Dunedin store to purchase a product and I was unable to locate it due to the lack of shelf labeling and differing brand name on a similar product. I approached Shaun for assistance and was given a terrible customer experience. He did not seem happy to see me, no "hello sir, how can I help you" - just a dead wet fish. He was very condescending when he told me I should have matched up the codes not the brand as the brand name was different in the advertising.

   The item was not as described in TradeMe. When I questioned it via email, I was told that I got what I ordered. My email was very clear that what I had received was not as described, I even sent photos. The customer rep replied with a very short reply that did not address my concerns at all. Very disappointing experience
