   Good clean room we enjoyed our stay. Nice staff. Need to sort out the lights over beds not working and hair dryer not working and funny thing was black carpet our feet got black. Go figure??

   *5-Star Experience* I'm absolutely thrilled with the service! The admin team was incredibly understanding and accommodating, even with a late call-in. The room was spotless and exceeded my expectations. The amenities were top-notch, including the spa pool, shower, TV with Sky, microwave, and cooking facilities. The heater and air conditioning ensured a comfortable stay. But what really took it to the next level was the luxurious bedding and pillows – the labels alone made me feel like I was sleeping on cloud nine! The whole experience was truly awesome, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway!

   Loved our room. Great water pressure and shower clean well decorated rooms. TV had all the streaming services to suit the whole family. We only stayed 1 night and it was last minute would have liked to stay longer.

   I was in Napier for a birthday function that happened to be the same night as a Church Road winery concert -not a single bed in Napier ....until I stopped here . Explained my situation to the reception after he tried to find another motel/hotel without luck , he handed me a key and told me it going to be upgraded and off the vacant list . I checked out the room and it was fine . He sorted a taxi pick-up and was more than helpful in every way ! This is my go-to place now in Napier . Thanks for everything Alisdair Cheers Stumpy (Wgtn)

   Really nice motel, 6 minute drive to the centre of Napier. Rooms are great and the spa baths amazing. Shops and restaurants just around the corner.
