We had an amazing experience today ( Boxing Day ) staff were keeping up with the rush on one of the busiest days for retail . We were looked after by a great young man named Sam. Shoutout to this guy he really knew his stuff and we walked out with exactly what we wanted. The whole team were super friendly and everyone was on their game. Cheers guys
Shop has great variety and options that would fit for all. Staff is very helpful and they come ahead to understand your needs. They help find the right match you. Anthony was great during my purchase on 16 August 2025. He helped me with right options without being pushy on selling me the shoes. Absolutely blown away with Jaz, her service, and her knowledge was outstanding, my husband went into buy some runners and I also walked out with a pair. The advice given to us both from Jaz was fantastic. What an employee that The Athletes Foot store have with Jaz , and we are so very thankful for her time, friendly , lovely service she gave us. Had an awesome experience with Sophia today (the name on the analysis app was Sophia apologies for not getting your name :( ). Although it was close to closing she happily helped me find a pair of shoes. I had originally quite fixed on a particular shoe but after a few recommendations Sophia changed my bias. Thanks again Sophia can’t wait to go for a run :)
What amazing service! Unfortunately I didn’t catch the name of the lovely lady who served me and my partner but she had brown hair and bangs :) She absolutely blew us away with her product knowledge and good banter- so good that she convinced me to buy a pair of shoes when I walked in with no intention of making a purchase for myself. We are both so pleased with what she recommended! Happy feet.

Today I was assisted by Robert H (per receipt) and was incredibly impressed by his service. I was originally fitted by a lovely lady a few weeks ago and unfortunately after wearing the Hoka shoes in real life, they were causing rubbing on inner soul. They just werent a match for me. I went in today, truly prepared for them to turn me away with any excuse. I was so wrong!! Robert refit me on the machine and bought out a bunch of new options for me. He explained why Hoka weren't suitable for my feet in a way that I understood. He didn't make me feel rushed or like an inconvenience at all. The exchange process was the easiest iv ever dealt with in any store. Robert felt trustworthy and knowledgeable, I knew I was in good hands. I'll be a customer for life after this. Thank you!
My go to store for running shoes. Staff always sort you out. Once you decide on the comfort of the shoe, style and performance you need your good to go.

Helpful, friendly staff giving what seemed to be good advice. Ended up with a $300 pair of walking shoes that are ill fitting and not really fit for purpose. I would be reluctant to take their advice about size/fitting again. Update: took the shoes back and they happily exchanged them at no cost. Well done.
