Walked out without buying, 24 oct 11am guy stood there looking at us and didn't offer to help at all. I need shoes but would rather order on line than in that store, all other sketchers stores are great

Stock seems unreliable. Considered trying sketchers so thought I’d go instore. There were maybe one or two shoes available in wide-fit styles but none in my size I could try. By comparison online, I guess the more vibrant and popular sneakers are available at the store? The only shoe store I’ve visited that had nothing I could try-on.
