   I felt discriminated against by a staff member (Karen) because of my appearance. She said, “Oh, let me put it in your bag for you,” then unnecessarily peeked inside my bag. It was rude, unprofessional, and made me feel singled out. Really disappointing — you should be ashamed of treating customers like that.
