Always enjoyed this shop when living on the south side. When a friend was coming over from there I had to get him to collect some food. Was soooo good! 100% recommend

Hubby & friend picked up so not sure of shop, service ok our meal fush & chips was somewhat underwhelming. For Aussies the pieces of fish were 1third thin fish & 2thirds cakey batter. The chips were nearly OK ours was meant to have garlic on the chips but no taste difference to normal. The hamburger looked quite minimal. I doubt we would revisit for fish & chips again.

Disappointed honestly. I ordered two fish and both pieces were super thin and had so so much gluggy uncooked batter on them. The chips were ok but a little soggy and a stingy portion and same with the mini spring rolls. The fish itself when removed from the awful batter was actually not horrible. With 1/4 of the quantity of batter that was runnier and crispier and a generous portion of crispier chips and crispier spring rolls this would have been a nice meal. The vibe of the place was totally grim though, I was worried the food would be horrible when I went in to pick it up judging by how dire it looked. Saving grace though the food at least did not have a rancid oil taste.

Ordered fried Rice with prawn and veges. Overall food was basic, lacking flavor and inspiration. The prawns weren't moist, vegetables were dry, this place was a miss. The omelets were overcooked and firm, would be better if they were moist. Delivered to my door and yet no utensils. Rice was clumpy and almost felt like fresh rice had been used. Would not recommend if you are looking for good food please steer away

Just purchased Nasi Goreng, spring rolls and chips. I would rate the Nasi Goreng as the worst I have ever had, gluey, sticky rice with no actual flavour, looks like they missed even been separated in the pan ... awful... the dog got the meat. The spring rolls were almost completely burned and greasy... again thrown out and the only saving grace was the chips which were good

Awesome place, they don't play around with covid and the covid protection wall can make it hard to hear quite what they are saying, but they have great chips. Definitely recommend their garlic chips.

Worst food ever tasted. Order vegetarian chowmein, litteraly there were no noodles, only boiled cabbage and some pieces of broccoli, no salt nothing. Also chicken burger was so bland. Would never go back there again. I would prefer Mornington Takeaways and the one opposite.
