Restaurant was very clean. Was served straight away and was putting sauce in the provided tubs and my meal was brought out to me and taken to my table. Burger was very good and an enjoyable meal.
Brown haired girl at the counter very lovely, good service from employees but as I was waiting for my burger I saw the asain manager with glasses take the lettuce the burger person just threw in the bin BACK OUT of the bin and use it in a burger. He had asked the lady to get it back out and use it, to which then she said gross and didn’t use it so he went and got it anyway!
Absolutely horrible service by children, no wonder its always dead. Sloppy put together food, couldn't be bothered with table service so just called our order 3 times, not dine in number. Toilets disgusting and not even a hello or any acknowledgment
Move over Maccas and Burger King. Wendy’s food is tastier and fresher. Can’t find any fault and staff don’t treat you like your an interruption to their whinging and gossip sessions. My new favourite fast food.
Yesterday I got a bad experience at this Wendy's. I ordered Deluxe Cheeseburger, VL Fries, VL drink. It is 7.90$, totally. But they gave me only buns with lettuce as shown in the uploaded photo. So I asked staff it. But they gave me crispy chicken burger (it's 7.40$ with the Fries and drink). So I asked them again. So finally, they gave me the burger correctly, which I ordered.
Quick efficient service that delivered the meal to the tables. My burger was the deluxe cheeseburger value meal, which had crispy generous lettuce and a generous portion of pickles and mayonnaise. I was pleasantly surprised by this dining experience. Thanks Wendy’s.
Wendy’s separates themselves from different fast food chains because of their baked potatoes. Unfortunately when we went they were not serving potatoes. This is extremely disappointing as this is the only menu item I enjoy. Two of the three soda flavors were sold out, however the one flavor they did have was quite good.
Went in on a Saturday night. The dining area was filthy!! Not one table was cleared from previous customers eating there. There was an old man asleep on a bench with what looked like his worldly possessions scattered around him. We cleared a table ourselves to eat at. Despite being the only people there, somehow our burgers were cold. Nobody came and cleaned the other tables during the entire time we were there (approx 45mins) and then we were asked to leave because they were closing. The sleeping old man was awake by then. Disgusting!!!
Very untidy, staff were not busy, the numbers on the table had mold growing on them, music to loud, cold outside and air conditioning on. If I was the boss!!!!!
I ordered these ‘loaded’ fries from Wendy’s and they were disgusting. It was cold cheese sauce in chips that were so soggy you couldn’t pick them up with the fork that was provided. I don’t know why they called them loaded fries, they should call them unloaded fries as the only topping was some cold cheese sauce.
