Rude staff. The girl serving us was making unnecessary snarky comments. One of the other staff was really impatient with us even though there was nobody behind us in line. Really disappointing experience.
Not too busy, quick service. Staff were polite and helpful, and not short-staffed. Toilets were clean. Subs were good as expected. Clear signage about closing early on Good Friday (the day we visited).
Dunedin has good subway. Their stores are just always cold. We live in Dunedin! Turn the fans off and turn the heater on!

Younger staff seem more worried about chatting to each other than the customers... could hear their conversation the whole time I was in line waiting to be served.
It's subway, it's literally about as good as you make it, these sandwich professionals are all running on the same operating system so its you to blame is your long burger doesn't taste good, reasonable amount of seats to dine in, self pour fizzy (100% get raspberry fanta and coke if you're a bit dusty from the night before)
