   Tried to order my food, she started putting in stuff I didn't ask for so she threw it out and started again with bread that was in the back of the shelves, it was incredibly dry in the one bit I took because there was a tonne of salt. If you order a meal deal you have limited choices to a drink and tried to charge 15.50 for the 11.50 deal . Left fusterated with not having what i ordered and not being able to get the drink i wanted with my meal. They no longer do cup to fill your own so limited options. Still hungry as I couldn't eat what was given to me. 6 inch with 2 cucumber and 2 tomatoe slices (used to be 3).. I understand they follow a set instruction but it doesn't cover the bread that is now cut on a really weird angle so food doesn't go to back of the bread.... edit.. to top it off and I'm sorry but it got to me.. I got broken cookie pieces not a full cookie

   I had the most wonderful experience with a little girl with black hair, she was so delightful! Had an awesome conversation with her and she was just a darling!! Food was excellent and made with care. Over all a great dinning experience would recommend:))

   Staff is helpful and cheerful. Nice selection of subs that can also be prepared as a salad. Counter viewing George St is a great place to people watch.

   Horrific service. Sandwich wasn’t even shut when it was wrapped - didn’t even attempt to fold it. Girl didn’t greet nor look at me once during the interaction. The coffee had no coffee in it - just frothed milk. Had to go and buy another coffee elsewhere. Would not return or recommend.

   Rude girl making my sandwich at around 5pm this Saturday. Had attitude and it wasn’t even busy. My food was made terribly uneven portions. No bread left except for roasted garlic and something else as someone burnt (to a crisp) the Italian herb and cheese batches and had to throw a bunch away. Sandwich was about to be made with the brown burnt one but thankfully staff had common sense and swapped it out. This subway is going downhill, staff are terrible, will be going to the South D one from now!

   Since the old staff members left late last year its all gone downhill, always seems to forget meats, want bacon? Don't use the app they forget it and dont bother to look at what you pay extra for, also they miss one of the meats that it takes to make an Italian BMT, not once, but both times I've gone, put in complaints (esp re bacon & avo which they forgot) and COSTS more, Dec 6th still no reply. Dec 6th they forgot a meat AND the bread was burnt; tasted burnt let alone the look of it. Until they get in touch with me to resolve it instead of ignoring it I won't be going anywhere near, especially when they charge extra yet give less. Will edit review if they finally get in touch.
