    Went here yesterday for lunch at around 12:30 and was absolutely appalled with the service here, I am not one to typically complain but while waiting for my order a young man was filling up his drink when a male worker walks out, grabs his drink, and throws it out right Infront of him - not saying a word while doing so. The poor man looked so upset and confused. I have worked in fast food in the past but never have I seen such poor customer service. No smiles, zero positive attitude - just miserable people making a awkward experience for their customers.

    Thought I would try burger king, service slack, staff busy making up orders, no one at counter to take orders, stood there for about 8mins then walked away. Staff need training to not leave customers standing there.

    Spent quite a bit of money here for my family of 6, unfortunately 1 of the kids had spilt a drink and it went all over the table and myself and went up to ask for some napkins and was given 2 when we explained what happened and asked for more the lady refused to give us more so had to leave a huge mess, had to apologize to the cleaning lady who had to clean it all up and she knew straight away it was them who wouldnt give us anymore napkins. Wont go back here.

    It's a Burger King, so the menu and food are what you'd expect. Being in a busy food court though there were a lot of people waiting for their orders when we arrived. The person running the pass kept the food flowing fast. Communication was great and the order display system worked. Both are not as common as they should be. Good stuff.

    The staff talked while I stood there. The cashier could barely tell me what was in the limited burger. Once I received the burger it looked like crumbs of hard bacon & onion bits were thrown in the middle. There was a faint swirl of I guess BBQ sauce…and that’s it!. It was the driest and weirdest tasting burger I’ve ever eaten. I feel like I am in the upside down.
