   I came to o and bowl with high hopes as i’ve had it in auckland and absolutely love it. I was going to be my weekend treat, only to arrive to a worker with a sour face and no friendliness at all. I ordered my food with please and thank you’s, and the worker stared at me dishing up the food like it was the worst place he’s ever been. I then proceeded to go to the meat section where i got served not even half a scoop of chicken, which is extremely upsetting considering they are so generous at home. Overall customer service was bad, portions were bad, I don’t think i’ll be returning to this place.

   I’ve really enjoyed dining at O Bowl Dunedin in the past, but I noticed some changes during my recent visit. The portion of rice was noticeably larger, while the amount of salad and meat seemed quite reduced compared to what I’m used to. The chicken teriyaki also had a stronger oil smell than usual—perhaps the type of oil has changed or it’s not being refreshed as often. I'm not sure if there’s been a change in management or staff, but I hope the original quality and balance return soon. Wishing the team all the best.

   Wish we had this food in Aus! Teriyaki chicken was amazing. I ate here everyday for a week cos it was so good. My fav takeaway food ever!!!! I’ll come back to NZ just to have it again.

   Decided to give this place a try instead of going to McDonald's. 100% worth it to be honest. The food is awesome, and more filling than McDonald's. I was wondering if a medium bowl was going to be enough or not, and it turned out to be perfect. The ginger pork and Teriyaki Chicken tasted great. I'll definitely be coming back. I don't understand all the negative reviews this place has. Perhaps I came in on a good day.

   Consistently good meals. The bowls are excellent value, with great variety of salad and meat options (which all taste delicious). The line can get long but service is quick as. I usually get the medium bowl and it can last me for 2 meals - where else can you get 2 meals for $15 in today’s world! Always coming back here when I’m in town and want to get a bang for my buck rather than wasting my money on anything else around the area.

   Was my regular place to go to but after today Im not sure. The staff were so rude. They put the tiniest amount of cabbage and chicken. The guy also started flicking chicken out of my friends bowl. It hasn’t ever been this bad but if this is how it’s gonna be then they’re gonna be losing customers.
