Probably the best sushi I’ve had, no jokes. Had a super fresh summer roll type platter, some fried dumplings and all was so good and fresh. Highly recommend over the other sushi in the mall.
Sushi is a bit pricey it’s nice enough just a bit expensive. Paid $21 all up for everything in the first photo. The rice balls chicken was absolutely DRENCHED in sauce. Might be someone’s thing but I don’t like that sort of thing. The vege tempura fritter was not nice. It was drenched in cooking oil and that was its only taste. Cool looking decals on the store front though so one point for that.
Very rude service, especially the elderly mid-age woman. I was helping my partner (she was sick in the home) and was videoing their shushi so my partner can choose what she like. The lady (mid-age, most older compare to other team member) was pounding the bell very loud and yell at me “hey, no photo”. I quickly show her I was just face time my partner what’s sushi they sell, then she was “alright”. Hello, where is my sorry? You work in a hospitality you should know what is “customer service”. You can just tell me” sorry we not allow take photo”, rather than yell at me in the public and pounding the bell make me embarrassed. Her customer service obviously need to be improve, if she was the owner, then I would NOT be back again.
I like the food from Hikari but my last order of vegetable tempura sushi on UberEats was a bit disappointing. It took over an hour to prepare and when it finally arrived, the tempura was rather soggy and had no katsu sauce.
Waited patiently in line to be told they cant cook a chicken katsu don. I asked to quickly grab premade meal and i was made to line up again with about 8 plus others waiting. I had just waited over 10 mins to get to front of line. Rude service wont be coming back.
Sashimi was average, not worth the cost for 3 slices of salmon and tuna. Noodles were decent
