   Holy shit!!!!!!!!!! Went into the store Saturday 11th October and the staff were absolutely incredible. Greeted on the way in and was helped from start to finish. I was looked after by 3 people in particular. Kelly, Liam & Fiona. Honestly guys you were incredible and so helpful. It was awesome to have banter and also see you so happy and amazing at your job. Keep up the great work. Appreciate the efforts and really hope the higher ups appreciate you and recognise them too.!!!!!!°

   The shoe areas were very untidy & disorganized. Sale stickers displayed inside shoeboxes¿? Seriously tiresome ordeal opening all them boxes! If only other staff members stuck the sale stickers on the outside of the shoeboxes; as suggested by a lovely conscientious staff lady whom tried helping us search. Until I got bothersome & my mum felt lethargic searching for my style of shoes just to be disappointed as there were none available instore in my size.

   Napier's rebel sport has moved into a bigger store. Has arrange of sports clothing for all ages and sizes. Has really good bargains in store. I will return when back in Napier the store better than others I have been too... There is parking along the road side but a very busy street with traffic. There's a ramp for wheelchair access. Space between isles do your not squished in. I found the prices very reasonable and the children's range is sooo cute. So next time your in Napier pop in if you need to restock in sports clothing, casual as well and the staff are very friendly and provide good ole service.

   Ordered shoes via Click n Collect, no notification of purchase, contacted store after 4 days to find out shoes were ready for collection, no notfication of thelis either. Mentioned poor experience to staff in store who had an indifferent response. Will now shop at other stores who are more interested in their customers
