Not really happy, ordered a Peri-Peri chicken pizza and requested for extra Peri-Peri sauce, ended up getting extra less with no Peri-Peri sauce at all, like bro how can you forget such an obvious element, and what happened to the garunteed quality checks before the pizza is sent off? Like bro come on, do better
I ordered the spicy paneer pizza, got a hair on my slice, first i thought its a onion skin on my other slice that i was eating but when i checked the other slice, it was a hair, have complained online and mentioned i should be expecting a resolution with in next 2 days. Have been waiting but no response yet. Wasted my money and couldnβt have my dinner either so really disappointed. Worst thing is to have a hair on your food. Yukk
I ordered a large chips & half the box was missing?! I also ordered 50 chicken bites & there was only 43 (yes I counted them!!) My pizza had literally 1 topping on some pieces?! What is going on? We donβt usually order takeaway food but when we do it is dominos. Last time I ordered via the app I had issues with my products too. This is really disappointing, I wish I had checked it in the car beofre I left, not when I got home. Please ensure your staff are constant as every time I come in store & order my order is good! Online, thatβs a whole other story.
My pizza was terrible. I ordered mr wedge pizza and did not ask for thin crust. The base was uneven (as you can see), flat, only two whole pieces of wedge, otherwise crumbs. I was so disappointed. I only had two pieces and the rest gad to go to the bin.
The manager of the store didn't care that the pizza they delivered was undercooked to the point that it was doughy still. The meal was entirely inedible and we've had to cook it ourselves in the oven. The manager offered no refunds, no replacements and no apology. The employee was nice and apologetic but couldn't do anything - we are complaining about the manager! We have been long time customers of Dominoes and the majority of other stores have provided far better quality and service than the Kaikorai Valley store and we will no longer be shopping there if their performance doesn't improve.
It's dominos, you get what you expect. The staff there were amazing though and their service was excellent.
Worst Domino's in Dunedin. Ive given this place the benefit of the doubt a dozen times now (it's the closest Domino's to my house) & it's just disappointing to be constantly let down by below average food. Pizzas and chips are always under cooked and looks and tastes like slop. No pride or care is taken for the food they prepare. But I guess that's what you get when you hire kids for staff. Avoid coming here & travel the extra distance to North or South D Domino's. It's honestly that bad at this particular Domino's.
Today around 9:53pm I went to pick up a vegetarian pizza order. I noticed one of the worker's using a knife that he used to cut a pepperoni pizza. When I asked them why they were using the same knife they were very uncooperative and rude. I am regularly customer so this kind of behavior was very suprising and unsatisfying.
Staff very indifferent. Wouldn't even come to counter when called in a very loud voice. Pizza was ready for 10 min and they made no effort to call me over to colle t it. I had to go and ask for it. It was not very hot after sitting for so long.
Ordered the cheese toastie crust on both our pizzas but only one came with it. Pizza not cut. 3/4 times they have made it with the wrong crust. The quality has dropped significantly as of late and would. Pizzas always ordered in plenty of time but usually running 5-10 minutes behind.
