Ate here in 2020 and now again yesterday. Excellent service, plenty of options for vegetarians and dirty requirements can be catered for. Kumara chips and vegan burger were great. Although the burger was padded out with heaps of lettuce it could have had a bit more substance. Plenty of places to sit down and est too.

I usually go to BurgerFuel Napier for the consistency and quality, but in recent months I’ve noticed a decline. On my last visit, I got home to find no sauce for my chips 8/8/25 835pm, very few chips in the bag, and a burger that wasn’t presented as well as usual with minimal sauce. A couple of weeks ago, my custom burger also came out as just a standard one, which wasn’t to my liking. Hoping the standards return to what they used to be.
I have been living in Perth and cant get this there so was great to be able to get my fix. Happy to say the burgers are still great. The new box has an in built burger holder.

1st time from out of town Food was good, yes would go again, we did eat in but it was cold as no heating and front door wide open. Winter ..
One of the best burger chains in New Zealand. Meat is well cooked, bun is fresh and sauces taste good. I just wished they were less expensive.

Great customer service didn't have to wait long for my order. The food tasted alot sweeter compared to Hastings and enjoyed the seating arrangement
