   Why is the hotdog frankfurter served stone cold? Rung to complain and zero cares from the duty manager only let know I should have toasted my sub. The chicken and other proteins are by default heated and I guess I made the mistake that subway would follow food standards and heat it but nope got a stone cold frankfurter was awful and the 20$ spent was all for nothing. Zero Fs given from the restaurant regarding my complaint I guess the whole eat fresh slogan is totally taken as gospel by subway Yes it’s somewhat pre cooked but food safety standards say that it should at the minimum be heated. Guess subway can’t be bothered doing the minimum food safety practices which is worrying. Makes me wonder what other food standards they don’t give a care about! Wont hold my breath to be rung back by the manager that apparently works after 10 and is gone at 6. Clearly they don’t care at all.

   The worst experience I've ever had, went in to be greeted by two male workers both Indian, music blearing Indian music, the salad section was a complete mess, a third Indian man came out of the toilet scratching his hair to then handle our food completely off putting, some of the salad ingredient items were missing we asked if they had any out back to be told who knows what because you couldn't understand them, final thing that topped it off is I was in there with my family and they proceeded to talk and laugh in Indian while serving us making it extremely uncomfortable. WE WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK TO NAPIER SUBWAY AND WOULD NOT RECCOMNED ANYONE ELSE TOO. What happened to the kiwis???

   Went for lunch today and the staff were so nice, asking me how my day was, wished me a fantastic day and the energy was super high in the shop! Courtenay had a beautiful big smile, the (possibly islander??) lady was AWESOME on the cash register too- super chatty with everyone but efficient as well! super refreshing walking into a store and getting great customer service - it’s not expected anymore unfortunately…. loved it!!! NICE WORK TEAM!

   This is my Go To when I am busy working, I can pre-order and pick it up when I want to which is fantastic and with the subcard rewards and discounts you rarely have to pay full price. The food is delicious and filling, and I will always go here now.

   The worst I've ever had. I wont ever be going back. There were three teenage girls working, it seemed as though all of them were brand new, and had no idea what they were doing. My experience was actually similar to the last review. I ordered a 3 pepper chicken foot-long as a take away, when I got home and opened it (no more than 5 minutes later as I live in the city center), the sub was just a sloppy mess, too much salad and too much sauce, but worst of all I don't think they heated the chicken, I assume the chicken is pre-cooked, so it wasn't pink or anything, but it was stone cold. Terrible. I hope these girls don't dare call themselves "sandwich artists" on their social media profiles.

   Sadly my order had the wrong chicken, was soaked in sauce by the time I received it. No point in toasted if its gonna drown in sauce. Disappointed with the put together of it all. No such thing as a sandwich artist here. You are not making a taco or kabab, it's a delicate sandwich. Booo... I'm sad that my $20 meal is now a soup!

   Went in with order for 6 of us with 5 vouchers. The guy in charge was cool and nothing was a problem we went through methodically the list of orders then we did same to use the cards and pay. Also worked out a better way for next time. The best service I've ever had and mostly it's always good. He really did well under pressure as the pile of clients mounted up behind us.
