Have done a phone order from here 5his in the past week. Both times the meal was ready exactly on time, piping hot, and plenty of filling. Perfect for lunch
Disgusting service, pizza arrived extremely cold. Called 5 times to try and get a new one delivered but was told there is no manager and no delivery for an hour, I stressed that I had 3 children at home waiting for dinner which at this point it was now 6:30 with all the back and forth on phone calls. They just shrugged off the fact that I had children hungry like it wasnt a concern, the supervisor Shahan didnt wantbto listen to me that i had to drive there at 7pm to drop the pizza off myself. You spend your hard earned money to have service like this, no thanks and I will be taking it further.
Apart from most recent order in which I was genuinely disappointed in the result of my order simply due to disgusting taste, couldn't even eat it because we were hungry. Unsure if cause, however will retry order another time no doubt. Nonetheless, Napier pizza hut has been above board especially recent years, even months. Great pizzas as expected, and at consistently good rates. Napier team have gone above always for myself in past and I have maintained a positive vibe with the staff so I recommend and infact encourage eating here. Usual order and pizzas referenced in this post review was Large pepperoni deep pan, 7.49nzd add ,,+. mozzarella stuffed crust 3.50+/-.50nzd, garlic bread and 1.5 coke/cocoa cola. ⭐ 5/5 Review “Absolutely delicious!” The pizza was perfectly cooked — crispy crust, gooey cheese, and just the right amount of toppings. The flavors blended beautifully, and it was still hot and fresh when it arrived. Definitely my new go-to pizza spot!
While initial order was placed online, I realised the delivery address was slightly wrong so I rang to make sure there was no error in delivery destination. They were very helpful and reassured me they would deliver it to the correct location which they did and the driver was super friendly. Hot food delivered on time with a smile. The only niggle I have is the pizza was slightly undercooked, still edible though, just not what we’re used to.
Never a friendly atmosphere. Food is Just Fine. Fresh and made to order which is always a great thing however minimum toppings on pizzas.Service is always below Parr. Only Go because of convenience and kids like pizza. Too expensive now for what we get.
They use a much better system for online orders than our local pizza hut shop. We enjoyed the garlic pizza instead of a garlic bread. Hopefully we will be back.
Had an error with my food (it was extremely busy, so I do understand) but were quick to rectify the problem, and the customer service was awesome.
Nice guy behind the counter. Not very busy, so the pizza was done in no time. Quality as expected. Nothing special, just how it's supposed to be
