   When I ordered the pizza over the phone I’m pretty good with accents but seriously struggled to understand this guy. I was told my pizza would be ready in 15 minutes but when I arrived they looked for my pizza and told me they had given it to someone else meaning I had to wait while they made a new one. In the mean time the other 3 different take aways I had purchased for the rest of the family say getting cold. This place never used to be like this

   Great pizza flavor and size are unbeatable for Nz pizza chain. I always find Sals lacking I always get stretched an extra crunchy base.

   I've had a few pizzas from Hell years ago. They were good but I remember the delivery took wayyy too long. Tonight I decided to order again and see if anything has changed. Sitting here still waiting for my food as I type this. I ordered nearly an hour ago. Uber eats says now the food is on its way after so long. Nah don't think I'll order here again.

   1st time trying Hell Pizza, I had seen an ad pop up on Facebook and thought why not treat the family, unfortunately our order wasnt right, I did go back into the store and the issue was solved after an investigation, However I would appreciate being treated like a person and not treated like I was pulling the wall over anyones eyes, video footage was shown, but did not prove anything as the food, video and what staff said did not match! I expect what I pay for! Stink experience

   This was my first order from Napier previously having lived in Lower Hutt so ordered from Upper Hutt as closer. Napier was disappointing. No flavour just bland. I put in feedback accordingly and someone rang to point out that I was wrong as bernaise sauce was never on cursed. The sprouted seed base was the best thing about the pizza. Everything else was tasteless and a waste of $26.50. Not worth 5x dominos. Napier was very ho hum about it all and pointed put I can add salt and pepper in the notes. But that will never happen as I'm cancelling my account as not customer focused or prepared to fix anything. REGARDLESS OF THE SAUCE THE PIZZA WAS BLAND. I ORDERED THAT CURSED IN WELLINGTON MANY TIMES NEVER BLAND. AND TELLING ME IM WRONG IS NOT A HELPFUL WAY TO SOLVE A CUSTOMER PROBLEM

   So grateful. They delivered to our freedom camping spot at the beach so we wouldn't have to lose our spot. We were starving and exhausted. The guy who delievered chatted with us about our trip and recommended several spots to hit up while we were in town. Pizza was great too. We got the thin crust 15" with pineapple and devoured it. Thank you hell pizza!

   A little bit expensive for being fast food but the pizzas are really good! The place is clean and the staff is kind. They have a few arcade machines. There is no toilet.
