Be nice if you could have the doors open at 4am for the early morning workers

Fantastic pies. Just delicious chicken and mushroom and mince and cheese. Chock full of filling, delicious flakey pastry. Service great, lovely ladies continuing the excellence this bakery has always offered. Renovations looking good.

Thieves! Always check your total here! Price labelled on the display said "Pizza Hotdog Bun $3.20". Got two and was charged $9.60. The rude lady behind the counter tried to tell me $4.80 each was the correct price and that her kids must have put the wrong price. They refused to honour the advertised price and instead started arguing with myself and other customers in-line before they eventually gave me a full refund. Really sour attitudes and sloppy business practices!

Good selection of food but I wouldn't return here after seeing 2 cockroaches and the owner was rude when serving. first cockroach on the serving plates, took it up to owner and he got rid of it then as my sister and i was leaving our table another one was under my plate, it was disgusting. I gave it to him and demanded a refund which he gave.

Tasty, classic bakery kai with excellent service. Loved the banana pancake! After eating I found my car had a flat battery. When I asked them for a jump start, they helped my right away with a big smile. Great bunch of people - highly recommend.

I come in almost every week and order the chicken burger combo and every single time I've gotten the burger the chicken has been extrememly hard and dry. Almost like the chicken they're using has been sitting in the freezer for a VERY long time. The very first time I ordered the chicken burger I opened it to put salt in it and I'm guessing one of the ladies got lazy because when i had opened my burger i realised that she had taken a full fried chicken thigh took out the bones and put it inside my burger I was absolutely appalled and took it back straight away to where she gave me attitude for taking it back (not main lady another one) I told myself I'd never ask for a chicken burger combo again but I guess I had given them another couple of chances because we all have bad days. Considering I'm a constant customer I'd atleast expect them to start making my food properly considering I come in alot but still no change has been made. To the owner I really reccomend finding new chefs to save your buisness or start having a talk to your workers because they're really letting you down. The only time the food is good is when they have one of the owners in working with them. Even then come on guys. Treat the people who keep your buisness running with a little respect and put some love into the food. Also chciken should NEVER be that hard which makes me really wonder how bad the food in that freezer is really like and how clean it is behind the counter. And you should NEVER put a whole fking chicken thigh in someones burger because you cant be bothered making it properly. Which ever lady that was im disgusted. Hope you guys sort it out because yous have alot of potential. You can see in this picture how the edges of the chicken is dry and old.
