    Visited the Chartwell branch this week. Was served by a wonderful and very welcoming person Jennifer. Her knowledge of her store was exceptional and she made me feel heard about what I was after. It was no trouble for her to order what I was wanting. Jennifer was able to organise her staff to see if they had what I wanted in stock, and no matter how long I was there she made me feel as though I was her priority. I would happily recommend Jennifer and Bed Bath and Table to my family and friends because of how I was made to feel. 5 stars Jennifer look forward to purchasing off you again.

    Both the products and the shopping experience in BB&T are top notch. I purchased designer bed linen I'm delighted with. A lovely quilted duvet cover with matching sheets, superb quality. Jenny the manager was helpful in finding the best price for me. I always buy my bed linen from BB& T and highly recommend this shop.

    Fantastic service by all three of the staff, they really went above and beyond to assist me in tracking down extra items to match in with an old bathroom set I had purchased a while back. Even though they’re now on clearance it still wasn’t a problem. So friendly and super helpful. So nice to see some old fashioned service, keep it up team!

So i phoned the Chartwell branch and she was amazing, her name was Tracey, she got what i ordered out of the door from store from lvl2 branch the next morning and I received it 2 days later in lvl4.
