   I'm enjoying the new layout of the store, however I wish there wasn't as much In the isle's. Makes it slightly harder to navigate especially with a trolley, or trying to get around people looking at items in the isle. Staff are always super helpful, friendly and encouraging. Love the member specials too.

   I went to Spotlight Hamilton's new opening today. I often check out Spotlight frequently when I need something. A huge improvement to the outfitting of the shop very similar look to Sylvia park now really nice. There is a lot more stock and a better range of in sewing and craft areas. Nicely displayed. I really enjoyed my visit there and will definitely be back. If you don't have a Spotlight card as well worth getting one is this can help us getting discounts.

   Very over crowded store, there is stuff everywhere and shelves are high. Cannot get a pram down the isles as they are too close together (I imagine it would be the same for wheelchair users) it was even hard passing by another customer down the same isles. No customer toilet so had to find one somewhere else for my child which is very inconvenient. One of the staff members was very rude at the checkout commenting to me when I was being served by a different staff member. Only reason its not a 1 star review is because the girl who did serve me was lovely and very respectful even after the other lady was unnecessarily rude. I also like the sales they offer although more accurate signage would be appreciated as it gets very confusing. Honestly such a shame as I love spotlight but I will just stick to online shopping from now on.

   This craft store is good, it has a good variety of Disney and cartoon fabrics which we were looking for. Overall the range is extensive, and we found what we needed, not quite a 5 star as its not an overly up market store, sits in the bones of the old warehouse.

   Overcharged by $14. Noticed before leaving the store. Quietly it to the attention of the cashier who gave me the run around. “You’ll have to go to the back of the store.” The spotlight staff member on the door then interjected and confirmed that the charged price was not correct. I received a shrug of the shoulders and “pfft” from the cashier. A “Really? I can’t be bothered attitude” from the cashier. Totally unnecessarily. Not a pleasant shopping experience at all!

   My happy place when it comes to shopping. The layout is possibly eclectic or just random, and the staff know where to find anything I ask about. Would be a great place to work, but there does not seem to be other men employed. It's a fun place.

   Good friendly staff who are willing to assist. A Big store in size and has everything you need. Lots of different counters based in products categories. Ample parking space in front and conveniently located on Te Rapa Road (corner Garnett Ave). You will truly get better bargains than Briscoes and the Warehouse where there are specials. Do pay attention of the brands of products as some of them do not last and when you call the store it goes to a call centre where staff not all that helpful. Highly recommended to visit this store.
