When I asked her about my need of documents she explained me each and every things and she provided all the documents that I needed. Thanks for that to Tracey.    Absolutely disgusted in BNZ and how terrible their customer service is. BNZ cut access to our joint account just before the weekend and we had no idea. No call or secure message through the app. Just couldn't use our cards or transfer money while away on holiday and no they didn't tell us that they were going to block our own money because one account needed address verification even though they had all that to see it up only about 2yrs ago. We had to wait until a business day and go into a branch! The lady helping us at Chartwell was nice and helpful but the pasty girl there was super rude and unprofessional shaking her head and rolling eyes at us when we came in frustrated about not having access to our account while on holiday... with my Wife (40weeks pregnant) my 3 daughters aged 16months, 12 and 13. We are closing out accounts once changed back.

   Staff are in this bnz branch are very helpful and polite. They go out their way to try to help customers when customers are in store. Im one of the people have so many issues when it comes to banking, but the staff are willing to help and explain everything for me, very happy with the service here. Thank you team

   It is very poor service when a BNZ in one of the busiest shopping malls in New Zealand cannot take money from a customer. Friday, 22nd April the cash machine was broken and no deposit of coins could be made. I visited one week later with double the amount of coins to deposit and again the machine is not working and the staff have no plan in place to take the customer's money. A bank that won't take cash is the worst service a customer could receive. I would not recommend the BNZ to a new customer.
