   My friend and I have been coming to this branch for a number of years and always got brilliant service. The young man always took the time to explain things to us - always patient and answers all our questions. This morning he wasn't there but 2 women who looks like we were disturbing their day maybe even trainees and the other experienced staff had a important meeting. One was on the phone looking flushed and telling the staff "servicing" us what to do. No smile no communication no saying what she was doing... horrible service this morning!!

   Very poor customer service, poor communication, lack of urgency, and broken atm machines. Really would question why you would want to bank with this branch.

   We just came through from matamata to get ird numbers but when we went in they told us we needed a bank account, and we knew that to do that we'd have to do an appointment but we came all the way from matamata and my mum got a day of off work to do this we tried ANZ, couldn't help us we tried abs, couldn't help us and we tried wespack they couldn't help up then we came across bnz and the lady helping us ( blonde with a blue and pink mask) with a lovely smile gave hope to my mum by getting up to ask her workmates if they could help( none of the other banks did this) and they could they glady tried to help us and did . If you need to sign with a bank or open a bank account BNZ is the bank you should go to they are apsaulotly amazing.
