   Lovely country pub in a beautiful setting. Friendly staff , good out came out quickly Two of us got the maple chicken bites they were tasty nice sauces, friend got the pulled pork burger he said and overall positive feelings. It was very big!! I’ll stop in when out these ways again.

   We stopped by at the end of our cycling trip! The place was very clean and nice. The beer we wanted to try was sold out, but they had a great selection of Emerson’s beers and cider, so I tried those instead. Also, the chips were really delicious!

   We had an amazing lunch at this place while returning to christchurch from Akaora. We tried the crispy mushroom , fried chicken and the roasted chicken with all the trimmings. The mushroom was out of this world . It was soo good. And I must say , I loved the vibe of the place.

   The location is very convenient, especially as there aren’t many options in the area, and the ample parking is a bonus for those driving between Christchurch and Akaroa. The salmon was excellent, while the fish and chips, though made with fresh fish, weren’t particularly remarkable. Prices are fair, and there’s a wide selection of drinks to choose from, including local and seasonal offerings.

   The Little River Inn, A dash from Little River town set on a rise with lovely hill views and easy access from SH75. Nicely renovated and it gave me a warming feel as I entered. It had atmosphere like no other and the staff behind the bar were friendly. I ordered Hot Chips and I wasn’t expecting much but we got so many chips and they had amazing flavour. The sauce was premium and it was a great experience. Quick Service too. Overall, A great experience and I’m looking forward to more great times here.

   On our resist visit to Akaroa my sister's and I had to stop and have lunch at the newly renovated Little River Inn. We found the staff very pleasant and helpful. A lovely atmosphere. Very relaxing. We ordered a Vegetarian Pizza and Fries. Followed by a great Coffee.

   We had a lovely meal with our young Granddaughters and extended family, we enjoyed the food, they were very busy so a bit of a wait for meals.Our Grandchildren were given an activity pack while waiting which we all thought was great!! So happy to see our local up and running attracting more people than l have seen in years. Highly recommend, make sure you book in to get a table, it is a very popular place!!!

   We were staying nearby Little River, and enjoy a Pub meal. Nearest pub was this Inn so we rocked up. The staff were friendly and keen to ensure we were happy. The food was cooked with pride and the choice of where to sit was good. If you are in the area drop in, you won't be disappointed. The drinks cool and thirst quenching. Highly recommend this establishment.
