   Worst experience! One girl started that day was totally overwhelmed. I ordered a drink and 2 things out of the cabinet. 15 minutes later and late for a movie I asked where my order was to be told it hadn't been started because she was new. Then when I finally got my order the 2 girls working just laughed and thought it was funny. Well what's funny is that place has lost my families orders from now on. What's happened to good customer service its sad!

   I do use this cafe regularly - remind me to find another place - staff dont care if you are here or not Handed over coffee card - told only applies to hot drinks - I ordered a cold drink( hot day) and bought a box of choc coffee beans. Was told if i used on a public holiday I wouldn't get surcharge - whoop de do!! then told the pubic holiday surcharge was due to the bank fees!! OMG who trains these staff and what a whopper? being an ex banker Plus currently working in hospo ...never heard such dribble. Handed back card - whats the use of having! so now back to finding another handy venue for meeting up..... saddest part to this is owner and staff just dont care................

   I work in the mall and went to get a flat white while i still had 20 minutes of my break. My break was over but i did not receive my coffee. Maybe a heads up if you have too many orders pending would be nice.

   First time being here and the customer service was prompt and friendly. I was served with in minutes of finding myself a dish I wanted. The atmosphere was great and spacious from others. The food was fast, and delicious. I would definitely be back.

   The food was like rock. I cudnt even cut the roll or the sandwich. It was nice and hot but hard to even cut it and just imagine eating it. This picture will show how hard it was to hold the fork like that for 20 min. Very unhappy with this.

   Was a busy day at the cafe as cold and wet outside and so many people in the mall. Coffee Culture staff were warm and inviting. They managed the busy cafe with ease, A great selection of food. Coffee and food was hot and quickly served to the table. Always a great atmosphere.

   Insanely delicious bagels! Highly recommend the salmon deluxe that as a culture club member I received a 50% off deal! Fast, fresh & delicious! It’s a terrible photo as I couldn’t wait to tuck in!! Very generous serving of salmon which is always good too!

   I generally get a mocha from a coffee shop as I can make a long black at home by myself. So when I splurge on this treat I don't mind paying when they are good, and every now and then I think I will try somewhere different at the palms mall, especialy if one of the usual coffee shops I frequent havnt given me an amazing experience in a while. And although I have never had a good coffee from this coffee culture, I thought I'd give it another go, probably been about 6 months since I tried them last and thought maybe they stopped burning the beans? Maybe their chocolate based products tasted like they had chocolate in them?? Maybe the milk wont be burnt aswell?? All I can say is never go here. The only consistency is that everything tastes burnt and bitter. And this is the second largest size for $7 ??? Barley fits in my hand, atleast muffin break give you a decent size takeaway, even their mediums are twice the size of this for the same price. But if you are gonna pay that much for such a small amount of coffee just go to bean and co! They are amazing and have never let me down, I just wish their sizes were bigger. I will not take the risk at this shop again though thats for sure.
