   Went here for the first time in around 12 months due to the other shop being closed. Had a pretty average experience last time. Got a Monster burger and an $8 pack. Burger was surprisingly good and definitely hit the mark with fish and chip shop burger vibe, fish was good, batter wasn’t overcooked like many others. Hot dog was pretty standard. Only thing that let it down was the chips being a little undercooked. Will give it another chance in future!

   Enough to seriously put me off fish and chips for a while the most disgusting I've seen old oil over cooked soggy just the texture was enough $30 straight in the bin by far the worst I've had in 43 years including while traveling internationally

   Lovely people but as per review 5 months before me entirely accurate - the food is Disgusting. The chips were cooked in old oil and you could taste it. We also did not finish our meals as it was inedible - the fish was just a horrible flavour. First and last time sorry.

   Not good as burger was forgotten about and chips went cold and my girlfriend's dinner had to wait also..first time using them.monday night kumera chips and mushroom burger.

   I'm giving a 4 stars, even though I'm leaning more towards 3. I got 2 $11 packs and a curry roll. Everything felt like it needed to be cooked longer, we except the chips. I was missing a spring roll and the nuggets. The owners were very gracious about the mistake and we came to a resolution. The chips seem like they're definitely precooked, and as much as I love a crunchy chip, these chips are very small. If you don't eat them quick and hot they go hard rather then crunchy. Value for money though, for an $11 feed, I love that pack it has variety. I know some people want their food super fast but I totally would have waited another 5 minutes happily so my food was just that bit more cooked...

   Chips were extremely unpleasant.. Fish was 2mm thick if you were lucky, hot dogs were floppy, spring rolls were tiny with very little filling, the crumbed chicken patties were under cooked and tough completely inedible, donut was doughy.. All in all it was the most disappointing fish n chip experience I've ever had.. Everything was undercooked, greasy and soggy.. Will never go back!

   The shp very clean, wonderful friendly service. Great hamburgers their own homemade beef patties are delicious..my fave fish an chip shop. Great value for large families cheap family packs .

   Well spoken and polite customer service, and amazingly fast from point of order to being ready. I love that there is an electronic alarm type system that announces your order is ready if you're outside the store. Food is cooked to perfection, and I highly recommend the burgers.
