   As a New Zealander living in Australia I needed to come home for 5 days to attend my Dad's funeral, I must say that I cannot wait to get back to Melbourne. I was connected an hour after the time I was given to be there. The Staff were very unfriendly, shuffled me into a room on my own, wasn't even given a blanket, I had to ask for one. Wasn't offered a drink of water or coffee, I was just left there. Definitely not as hygienic as my team in Melbourne. What a disappointment! I am grateful I got to do 3 hrs but I am disgusted in the care or lack of and the hygiene. I am also grateful I don't have to come to this facility all the time. Do better NZ, I will never return again.

   No care or no concern for people who do dialysis in the unattended room. . You just write off my son in any possible human way. You let his transplant fail and now you just don’t care about him all . He makes complaint about the machine not working and you do nothing. He is only 18 year you give him little support. Now he only see a doctor onece a year. That’s not good enough. Your leek in one of the machines and leaves puddles of water on floor. Well I will ring work safe if you don’t do anything about it. Actually start caring for these people that come into there please.
