   Really poor service. Emailed about parts I needed and was told I'd hear from another staff member. Months went by and I followed up with an email and was told my request would be looked into. Again weeks went by and I made sure to copy in the manager who said my parts would be ready for pick up. The day I arrived for pick up at opening time I had to wait from 8.30 am until 8.45am when the flag went out and the store was opened. I entered the store to a sleepy looking staff member who was making coffee, and when I advised what I was there to collect it wasn't even waiting all in one place with my name on it.

   Our project was complex and extensive. The Mallia team provided us with tapware, vanities, toilets, showers, wardrobe doors, wardrobe shelving and two kitchens. We dealt with most of the staff from the Director through to the delivery driver and everybody was passionate and keen to help us achieve our dreams. We shopped around and found Mallia Home Centre to have some of the best pricing, most extensive product range and the options to customise were brilliant to. We had a few small remedial jobs that needed doing once the project was finished and they were really quick and sorted them straightaway. It's so good to be able to buy from a Christchurch based family owned business rather than a chain store. Our project was brilliant because we chose these guys. Thanks team.
