Stopped in around 11.50am and sub of the day already sold out, wasn't offered another option.ordered a foot long Steak melt.( my go to) very little if any streak. Won't be back.
My family and I passed through here on our way to and from our destination during the Christmas holidays. The two Indian male servers, and today, the incredibly beautiful girl serving us—their friendliness remains vivid in my memory. I will definitely come back.

Honestly I’d say the best subway between Taupo and Auckland but it says they close at 10pm Saturday on the door and that’s not the case. The dude there was cool but did not even give me a cookie for the road so i guess even the corporations dont care now and like I said- bad google cuz.)
Honestly I think there really good. The other reviews say it's bad but they know how much too put. ITS PERFECT. Definitely coming back
Food not to bad however store definitely does need a revamp. The top of my chair came off when I went to sit down which was kinda uncomfortable. This meant I had no longer has a chair. Staff were friendly no complaints their. Couldent see the food inside the containers as the lids were all on. We couldent find parking spot so we had to park in a loading zone. Overall just like a subway literally but it filled is up and we are happy and contented. I love the mozeralla cheese that they serve in the sandwiches.
Being polite friendly welcoming or even interested in one's job does not seem to be the case in this Subway. All i can say is he was rude, unhelpful and needs to pick up his game. I would not employ him for a moment. Did not offer the option of heating the sub, when I told him I wanted it heated, completely ignored me. Seriously what ever happened to customer service???
Pleasantly greeted, service excellent, only down side.....a 15% increase in the price of my foot long 3 pepper chicken...to $18.70!!! This I feel is taking advantage of the 'shortage' of some items to increase the profit margins! Most of the salad ingredients are hydroponically and/or tunnel grown, or imported and not normally affected by weather events. So, sadly, the result of the increase is we will be buying less!
Quick service. Friendly staff. Very clean outlet.
A note to the manager - offer your staff more training, specially new ones on the making of a wrap please. Lovely customer service from the person serving me but had no idea on how to put a wrap together.
