Ordered a large nacho burrito on UberEats. The portion was tiny for the price (over $20 not including delivery or service fees) and especially considering I paid extra for double meat. I’ve included my (rather small) hand in the photo for reference.
Loved the food. It's too delicious. The best option for the vegetarian. Service is also good. About the atmosphere, I loved it because beautiful Bollywood songs from the '80s and '90s were played.
Ordered food via Uber eats. First time I have eaten a proper meal in about a week as I have been in and out of hospital unwell and am not impressed with this customer service. Ordered the classic beef nachos (which I generally get from the rototuna branch) I called to ask about my order since everything seemed to be messed up (sauced added that I didn’t order, a bunch of lettuce added that I didn’t want and guac missing) The Indian on the phone didn’t seem to understand that I already had my order and it was wrong. Told me that “lettuce cost extra” when I tried to tell him for some reason I got lettuce added, told me he was busy with orders and said “talk later” before he hung up. I understand food service can be busy, I work in food service myself. But it takes 20 seconds to get someone’s phone number and write a note for when a manager comes on shift who can do something. he spent well over 5 minutes telling me all about how the lettuce costs extra, When he could have used that time to help resolve my issue. I hate writing bad reviews but this was just horrible customer service :/
Worst meal I have ever eaten in 40 years. Actually I didn’t even eat it. The taste is awful and it looks nothing like the picture. There is not even tomato cases sauce on the nachos. Ordered via Uber. Most disappointing experience.
Got this on Uber eats. Literally the worst meal I have had in years. They ran out of lettuce and just subbed it for whatever they felt like which was rice? The bowls were tiny, the burrito was gross and the ingredients were smothered in sauce you could bearly taste them. Portion size was the most disappointing and quality of food.
Great place to go near uni. Recently open few months back, it serves food for all tastes, vegans to carnivores. I tried the vegan burger, it was marvelous. My wife asked for the salad, which although asked for small size, it was quite enough for her. It has also some Mexican colas, worth trying next time.
Fantastic food with friendly helpful suggestions and service. So much better than taco bell!!!
