   We had a function last night and my partner and I ordered Fish n Chips, Creamy Chicken Fettuccine, Prawn Salad and Ice Cream Sundae and it was all delicious. The servings were generous and the service was brilliant. We had a great night and the food and hospitality was the cherry on top. We had to travel back to Rotorua, I didn't get the opportunity to thank the wait staff and chef.Thank you all for making what was already a special night, even more special.Definitely will be back to dine.

   Not the greatest lasting impression of an establishment that we have heard great praises for (before they changed ownership). The serving size of the dishes was relative to the price you paid for them. However, it was heavily salted, especially in the sauces, and there was a funny taste to them (like MSG or other flavour enhancers of the kind, which we confirmed as a couple of us ended up being sick and lethargic afterward when we got home). As we didn't want to have to waste any food (considering it was paying nearly $40pp), we just had to ask to take them away instead. Their service was alright in person, however, they were quite dismissive and rude when we talked to them later on after leaving an honest review. It isn't the kind of customer treatment you'd expect from an establishment like this.

   What a lovely place to go on a wet day. Nice warm fire welcoming you. We only stopped in for a drink but when we saw the food being served my husband decided he would try the mussels. A dozen served in a lovely chowder. 2 huge pieces of yum garlic bread. I had a freak Shake. It was huge and tasted so good. We will be back to try more.

   As a motorcyclist, I enjoy riding to different destinations and to experience local cafés and restaurants. Chambers restaurant and cafe is absolutely fantastic, just off the main road through Morrinsville it has a nice quiet atmosphere without all the traffic noise , so conversations can be held a nice audible tone. I always look for generosity and value for money, and the Chambers delivers on all. Delicious food and very generous portions, good value for money, family-friendly, fantastic outdoor area to enjoy that special occasion. Thoughtful and very accommodating staff. Can't wait to visit again. Thanks team.

   Visited sunday for dinner, was not too busy and staff were very polite, prompt and attentive. Entree of mussels was very tasty! Mains arrived not long after - Crispy skin salmon was good, bit overcooked for my personal liking & shame they put the sauce ontop of the skin (suggest a little gravy boat). The Scotch steak was cooked as ordered med-rare and was tasty.
