   Came in for a burger today on my lunch break. Honestly the best customer service I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. Very friendly and welcoming. Burger was ready in 5 minutes and was delicious also.

   Yesterday I tried to redeem a free spud fries offer instore but was told there was an error with the offer and they could not honor it. The store manager agreed that the email offer was legit but couldn't offer any remedy to this situation claiming it was a head office issue. He then gave me an email to head office that bounced back when I tried to email later. Simple retail practice would be to recognize this is a Burger Fuel issue and to honor the deal in store to keep the customer happy. I won't be returning to this store and will likely not buy BF again due to this poor customer service.

   Ordered one double American, and a bastard. And made changes to the burgers, burger was juicy, filling and well presented. Fries were a little bit over seasoned for our liking. Would definitely come again and try something else.

   I ordered my favourite, the Ford Freakout. I thought they had given me the wrong burger because the usual layer of avocado was missing. As I was finishing I found about a tablespoon of avocado. Otherwise it still tasted good.

   I go to burger fuel more then twice a week, I would normally give the customer service and quality of food a 5 star!, but over the last month I have noticed that the burgers I have been buying are very poorly made and the customer service and ordering over the phone has gone very down hill and the new staff seem very unenthusiastic. I still love burger fuel and hope it improves

   We came to this shopping complex for a coffee. But why would you go to Colombo when you could go to Burger Fuel?? The motobites rev me up as much as any cup of java. Fries were cooked to crunchy perfection and the thickshake was, if anything, too thicc.
