Had to stay one night, very noisy, smallest shower in the world, large hole in the ceiling. Stayed for a couple of hours, then drove home.

This BnB is in a beautiful setting and only 10 minute flat walk to the restaurants and bars. A very friendly welcome from Rupert the happy dog and to have our own private entry into three lovely rooms all decorated stylishly - it really is like having your own apartment. The breakfast was great and we especially enjoyed the homemade fruit salad and bread and did I mention the bed - so comfortable with crisp linen we had the best sleep of our holiday here. Would and have recommended it to friends and family as a must stay at oases after visiting Hobbiton. Oh and it has a big bath and homemade bathbombs
