Great selection of yummy drinks. After an hour setting up a game, decided it was too complicated. Put it back and host helpfully recommended a new game we loved: Skytrain. Cooperative rather than competitive.
Charming little board game nook in central Christchurch. Great food, one pizza was perfect for two hungry travellers. Nice relaxed vibe and great music. We were super lucky that there was a free table outside and the weather was nice, all the inside tables were booked out in advance.
What an amazing place to spend time with family, have some fantastic pizza and drinks, and play some (board) games! I chose this venue as something different for birthday celebration. We were a bit lost given a huge selection of games to choose from, but staff were helpful and made suggestions that suited our group really well. The pizzas are huge and delicious! We got two for a group of 5 and ended up taking home some leftovers. The cocktails were great!

Most enjoyable restaurant experience I have had in a long time! Pizza was delicious and the size was impressive. The general atmosphere was fun and enjoyable, the staff exceeded any and all expectations! Super helpful and accommodating, especially Thomas who made us feel super welcome and helped us find whatever games we were looking for. It was our first time dining here after wanting to come for a while and we will 100% be back! We already want to go again. Best restaurant in Christchurch for service, entertainment, food and atmosphere. Thanks so much!
We came by for a dinner date on our holiday away and was blown away by how nice the place was. The staff were super friendly and able to seat us after our original plans went astray. Our server was amazing. He helped us pick out a tap beer when I couldn't make my mind on a cider! And a great mulled wine! We ordered the loaded tatertots and the BBQ chicken pizza, and boy, was it awesome! The tatertots had a great sauce, and the bacon on top was amazing, tying all the flavour together! And the boy did we underestimate the size of the pizza, but boi, it was a great bite! The base was cooked perfectly and just the right amount of toppings on so that you could eat a slice without it falling apart! And boy, what a hit the Vegan raspberry cheese cake was! A absolute treat and a great memory for us! Can't wait to return on our next trip!
Such cool space with awesome bunch of people and cosy ambience! Even got a few plants cuttings. So nice of the staff.. love this place! Defo recommend it!
Great selection of board games, cocktails and incredibly delicious pizzas. We had one of the vegan ones - was huge and oh so tasty! Other food options too if pizza isn’t your thing (but would recommend tasting a slice).
