A really cool venue surrounded by restaurants. Grab a drink and have a seat... the staff are soooo wonderful. The entertainment is fun and better than telly so go out and explore!
A cute little no frills comedy bar. The show was fun, the staff were lovely and the place had good vibes.
A nice intimate space, well set up Service from staff was friendly and efficient and bar food was surprisingly diverse despite needing to be restricted, e.g. nachos and ice cream for desserts. Some good comedians seen. I'll return. Sue
This place is the real deal and an absolute gem. I’m so happy that I caught a show here while in Christchurch. Brilliant people run the spot and truly phenomenal artists and concepts. My favorite comedy club I’ve been to in NZ. Can’t wait to come back
I bought tickets to watch Cori Gonzalez since he had rave reviews from the research I conducted. The whole entire experience was cringing and its obvious he lacked preparation and was looking at his ipad on what jokes he was going to say next. He seems extremely anxious and nervous for someone who is touring to do his shows. I was flabbergasted by his subpar performance. I wanted to ask for a refund for the 3 of us but I figured it's more effective to do an honest review and hoping to get an explanation of this bizarre non-comedic performance. The most fun you can have in Christchurch with your clothes on. A cosy comedy club that has something for everyone that likes to laugh.
Absolutely love coming here only been twice but it’s our new regular place to go for our date nights. I love seeing my partner in stitches it brings me so much joy. We usually come on Saturday nights

The staff are friendly, the have a variety of shows from newbies to pros and I've enjoyed myself at every show I went to. Some of the shows they host are even available at no cost. They ask for a donation if possible, but anyone is welcome to come along, just make sure you share some love for the performers and staff. Good options for both food and drinks at reasonable prices and of course a happy hour to help you stretch your $$$ efficiently.
