My son and I come every week because it has the best hotdogs my son inhales them. Great chips. Service is always efficient and friendly. Love that they have interesting tabletop brain games to play while you wait too.
I had a best GF fish and chips from here last week & my partner had the Supreme burger, chips, 2 fish & a sausage. Absolutely delicious. Nice and clean family owned business. Will be back to try more from the Gluten Free Menu.
Had takeout here twice last week. Best Chinese takeaway we have found in Christchurch yet, by far!!!! Massive containers filled to the brim with food. You can choose it with or without rice and it is only a few dollars more without the rice. We had lemon chicken, sweet and sour pork, chicken fried rice and wontons. It was ample for six people including a teenage boy who has hollow legs! It was amazingly tasty and just delicious. Also what I noticed was not a lot of sauce, but enough to cover each piece of sweet and sour pork or chicken. It wasn’t drenched in it which you find other places. I really liked that. The batter was crispy and hot. The wontons are not the typical shape - they were different but crispy and delicious!!! A lot of meat in them unlike others that are just the wonton wrappers and less than a teaspoon of meat. This had ALOT of meat!! This will now be our go to Chinese and fish and chips shop!!! Thanks Supreme. We will be back!!!!
Food was very average. It took 15-20 minutes for them to make food for two customers. The shop had a table between the customer and the person taking the order and had a row of various unmatched chairs at the side of the shop.
Deep fried food was great. Bami Goreng was not as good as I get elsewhere but it was ok, weak in flavour and not much spice.
Good food. Amazing service. Patiently answered my questions about Gluten Free Ness. Fast, but not careless. Absolutely amazing and worth the drive time. (I had to wait nearly 15 years to eat a GF spring roll. These guys totally made it worth it!)
Chips were great. Surprisingly not greasy like how the other shops do it. Sweet and sour chicken - all you can taste was vinegar Lemon chicken - just food colouring, not even a hint of lemon Chicken fried noodle - tasted nothing… Friendly staff.
Glad that they have gluten free menu! Separate fryer and oil for it too. Dairy free too for GF menu by the way. Gluten free flour is used (didn’t specify what is it exactly like potato starch or corn or others but ya I was told it’s just GF flour) .
