   Chips 10/10 best kfc chips ever salted and just the perfect amount of crispy. Lettuce super duper fresh on point. Although forgot spoon for gravy, but just slurped it down so easy fix.

   The building is clean inside with a variety of areas to sit in. The wait time to get your food is quite awhile. I’ve also ordered home delivery from this location before and it came 30 minutes later than it was supposed to.

   Despite ordering online and giving them plenty of time to prepare the order, I had to wait for at least 15 more minutes while I was in store. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of communication with customers. However, the food was as great as expected.

   No ⭐️ here if I could. The order was wrong, missing potato and bread rolls. Chicken was cold, chips were cold and limp. I could see through the window to the greasy filthy shop. Once my money was taken, cash which I had to tell the server how much change to give me my order was passed out the window and the window shut, there was no way of telling them that my order was wrong. As it was cold and wet I wasn’t going to waste my time and go in. My advice unless you’re desperate avoid it like the plaque. There as so many other fantastic chicken places around now. Will try empire chicken from now on.

   seems to have a new owner. the chips and wicked wings are a good and crip quality. when you want to "drive through", take your time. today it only took me 20min. with 2 cars ahead of me. if you are hungry, I recommend to buy a snack before starting to wait for a good snack.

   Took 15 minutes to get my order taken. Food was cold and dry. Extremely disappointed. Definitely won’t be paying to eat here again. Has been like this every time I have eaten here. Not good enough

   This store has a very low bar for customer service but they have outdone themselves. I was 1st in line and waited at the counter to order for 50 minutes from 8:45pm. The person that was meant to be serving just continued to make up orders and not take my order. People were waiting an hour for their orders. They stoped the auto door letting people in 45 minutes before closing time but didn't put a sign on the door stating they were closed. People were very confused. Looks like they ran out of food and didn't have enough staff. No communication to customers about what was going on. I gave up and went to Macdonalds and got my food in less than 5 minutes. They were organised and had enough staff to get the orders made promptly. I would give no stars if possible as 1 star is too generous.
