   Traveling home from the coromandel we thought we would swing in for a hearty pub meal, what we found was good service, excellent food better then just a pub feed and a nice atmosphere. Food came out in a good time considering they were very busy, staff were friendly. Would highly recommend stopping by but would recommend booking as it was very busy when we stopped by.

   Don't normally leave reviews but, had lunch today in the bar area Everything was fantastic, The drink handles and glasses are chilled to the max so weather having beer or juice awsome. Beef burger and chips fantastic Wifes Steak meal great Kids meals crispy chicken and curly fries, awsome and plentiful. Will definitely be back. Please don't change.

   We had the most incredible dining experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious - every dish was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. Staff was very friendly, attentive and made excellent recommendations. The atmosphere was elegant. Also, the dessert menu is to die for. The triple chocolate brownie was delicious and presentation was beautiful.

   Our local was holding a private function when we got there, so this was the nearest alternative. Built in 1945. Place had some history. They served an APA and the burgers were well priced and generous. No complaints.

   First time in the refurbished Grand. Looking very flash. Shrimp cocktail to start, lamb shank for a main. Big meals couldn't eat it all. Great wait team.
