Easy and stress-free. Benjamin asked about us, made us feel comfortable, and even had a few jokes which made the situation relaxing. We tried on lots of jewellery for men and women and he was happy to give his advice on how things would look with different jewellery etc. Was a very pleasant experience, considering we were not sure what sort of engagement ring and wedding rings we would like.
