Whenever I go to Pure indulgence I always come away feeling relaxed and pampered. Lisa is warm and welcoming and nothing is a bother. I really enjoyed my recent relaxation facial and the head massage was so soothing!
Have been seeing Alexis for some time now and I always look forward to our small catch ups but also she does a great job with my monthly facials! Also Lisa, the owner, is so knowledgeable. She put up with me and my hundred questions before I signed up. Lisa works very hard and has changed my life by just recommending me to tie my hair up when I sleep. No more cheek acne!
This was my first experience at a Beauty Therapy Business having been given a birthday voucher. I had to extend the expiry date due to health reasons and Lisa was extremely understanding and accommodating. Was a bit anxious about going but with her professionalism, knowledge and caring nature Lisa instantly put me at ease. She tailored a treatment specifically for me explaining what she was doing in detail. I absolutely loved it ! Was so relaxing and I have booked to go again. Thanks Lisa you are amazing !

I’ve had multiple services done at this location, and am in love every time! I’ve had eyelashes lifts, and facial variations. The led therapy was great, and the experience is always fantastic. I love the knowledge that Lisa and Alexis provide during the service, and the overall ambiance of the place. It’s such a great time to unwind and be looked after by the most skilled in the industry. I would recommend any of the services by these two, as every time I’ve gone they’ve made me feel relaxed and rejuvenated.
Had the relaxing back massage. Lisa provided the service. Absolutely loved and enjoyed the process during and the after results from this. I've been having lower and mid back pain for about 5 years now. the pain usually comes and go throughout the day most days.
