Service and the environment are excellent. The first time I went for a 90 mins pamper package, it was super relaxing, thoroughly enjoyed it. The second time I went for a 60 mins promotion with dermaplaning. In comparison it felt quite rushed and I had to clean up all the skin residues around my face afterwards - it was messy and uncomfortable. I’d probably suggest longer treatments or having a single item for relaxation rather than having a lot cramped into 60 mins.
The ladies at Lovoir are always incredibly professional and do an amazing job. The part that sets them aside is that all their therapists have great personalities are are always ready to read your cues whether you'd prefer some quiet me time or a bit of a yarn. I happily go to any therapist. Yesterday I had the lovely Arabella and she was very attentive and wanted to make sure I was happy with the end result. It wasnt a bother at all for her to add a little extra tint to my brows! Thanks guys!
Always made to feel comfortable here and pampered. Super professional. Lauren did my brows a few months ago, I don’t trust anyone with my brows and was very nervous. But she did it exactly how I asked and they are by far the best place in chch for brows and beauty.
I absolutely loved my facial this morning. There has been a lot happening lately eg shifting and I got a bit lost getting to the salon so was quite flustered and a bit late arriving. However the lovely staff treated me very kindly and as a result of the beautiful facial by Lilly I came out feeling very relaxed and quite a different person from how I arrived. Thanks so much Lilly and other staff members, it was an absolute treat.
A lovely and relaxing experience. I was made so welcome, they listened to what I needed and I came out feeling amazing. I am a person who doesn't take as much time for myself as needed, so after my massage, facial peal and cleanse my skin felt a million dollars. Im looking forward to returning. The entire experience is Pampering Excellence! When I arrived I was offered either herbal tea or a glass of lemon water, seated in the peaceful waiting area and made to feel welcome. Jessie is magic with her hands and very kind and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend Jessie and Lovoir as a remedy to making you feel 100% again.
