I had bought a GrabOne for the 75min facial & massage combo deal. I arrived a few min early, thinking I wouldn't have to fill out paperwork as I'd been there before (a few years prior), but she asked me to fill out paperwork again, which took a few min. I then went through into the treatment room, checked the time, and laid on the bed for the treatment. The facial was fine, but the massage was... not good. The only way I can describe it is "frantic". The massage table was literally rocking back and forth because she was massaging so vigorously (and I am not a small person). It was not relaxing in the least bit. Then at the end, after I got up and started to get dressed I looked at the time and exactly 60 minutes had passes since I'd come in the room, not 75min. After filling out the paperwork I ended up entering the treatment room maybe 3-5 min later than my appointment time, definitely not 15min or even 10min late. I thought about asking her to give me the remaining 15 min she owed me but realized I didn't want her touching me again, as the massage was that unpleasant. I don't know if I was just there on an off day or what, but I think I'd enjoyed her massages before, as I'd had her saved in my phone, but after this I will not be back.
Margaret is so lovely. She always takes such great care of my skin and has taught me how to care for my skin properly. Her space is so beautifully decorated and cozy. She really goes the extra mile. I always walk out feeling so fresh, I’ve had so many compliments on my skin since I started seeing her. If you’re looking for a great facial look no further than Advanced Beauty.
Margaret is incredible. I can’t more highly recommend her. She is so knowledgeable and always talks you through what she’s doing and why. She is so kind and flexible with everything she does to truly make it a personalized experience. My skin has been transformed since seeing her.

Absolutely amazing service! I bought a coupon off of Grabone and it was the best deal I had ever purchased. Firstly, the space Margaret has set up is just beautiful, very relaxing and just overall an incredibly welcoming atmosphere. Margaret is such a lovely lady, I feel like she went above and beyond to provide top notch services and also gave some really valuable skincare advice. And of course, the massage and facial was absolutely amazing! She really works to what you like and makes sure you get the most out of your treatment. I will certainly be visiting again soon! Highly recommend and definitely rate her services 10/10!
