   Lili's salon is so beautiful - it's warm, and immaculately clean and tidy, she thinks of all the little touches to make your experience better. She greets you with such kindness and farewells you with the same, you feel really special. Lili's gentleness, and her tenderness is the reason I fall asleep pretty much every time I go for a treatment. I'm so lucky I can walk to HBM from my home but I would recommend her to anyone nearby and further away - she's one of the kindest people you'll meet and her work is exceptional. x

   Horrible experience!! Got a fungal infection on my thumb. When I tried to get any compensation , Lili said I can’t prove anything!! No offer for compensation!!! Everyone please be aware of Lili and ALL of her services!! After posting my honest experience at the above mentioned salon I have had nothing but a barrage of Lili ‘s customers , who only by the way have listened to HER side of the story accusing me of horrible things. Lili is aware that this matter is filed in our court system and LIli has also been made aware that discussing this private matter with her customers is a breach of my privacy and can be seen as a telephone offense!! I’m entitled to write my review and my experience at her nail salon. I won’t be entimidated or bullied to take my post down!! I’m not attacking anyone !! I’m statting what happened to me! Fact, I contracted a fungal nail infection. I’ve asked for a refund which I’m entitled to but refused! Fact, now filed action against Lili! Let the court decide , shall we???
