The staff were really nice and made me feel comfortable! I just wasn’t happy with the tan.. it didn’t stick to my underarms at all! I followed all the steps prior to having a tan to ensure in went on and stayed on well.. and the bottom of my feet were disgusting from standing in the ‘booth’ for the tan. I wasn’t offered any feet protection
Second time I’ve been here this year - good tans but worst customer service! The first time I thought maybe it was just an off day for the girls there, but they were the exact same the second time I went…uninterested in being friendly or helpful and act like you’re wasting their time. When you get a spray tan you want to feel comfortable and welcome considering the circumstances. Will be finding a new place to go unfortunately!

I've been to Bronzed goddess twice now. At my most recent visit I was seen by Paige for my tan and I'm so happy with the results. It was easy to book, service was efficient and the tan is glowing! I was worried it wouldn't look natural but it definitely does and I couldn't be happier. I look forward to my next visit. Thank you!
I had an appointment at 10am I walked in the lady's face said it all she had a look of disgust maybe because I'm a big girl but I felt it the instant I walked in . I was 8 minutes late even though I left from Halswell at 9.30 there was a crash on Harper Ave and it was backed up I tried to tell her it was also hard to find the place but she didn't care . She said she cant do my tan until 10.30 which I couldn't do it, the next customer wasnt there . She wouldn't budge she clearly didn't want to tan me. So I said I'll have to cancel she was rude and didn't even reply so I walked out definitely don't recommend . It's hard enough to find a tanning salon that doesn't make you feel uncomfortable being plus size but this lady was rude and doesn't know how to deal with customers .
Bronzed Goddess is the BEST - I wouldn't go anywhere else! Always such high quality service, and the staff really make you feel comfortable at any shape or size. Always being somewhat self conscious about getting a tan, I felt at ease. Such a natural and glowing tan. Highly recommend!
