   I had the most beautiful facial with dermaplaning and honestly didn’t want to leave. The salon felt so welcoming and cosy the moment I walked in, and I was instantly at ease. I was so relaxed during the treatment I almost drifted off to sleep, and I left with my skin glowing and soft, also did lash extensions with Hardi.

Will be back for sure as their waxing prices are quite affordable in comparison to some other beauty salon in malls.

   My lash tint and lift didn’t seem to work. I’ve had lots of lash tints and lifts before at other salons, so I know what to expect, but somehow it just didn’t work here. Maybe the products weren’t left on long enough or weren’t strong enough? My lashes are still blonde and just aren’t really lifted at all. My lashes aren’t super full naturally, so I wasn’t expecting miracles, but they look just the same as before which is annoying as I spent $70 on the treatment…

   Poor customer service. Communication error with booking and no attempt was made on their part despite being my word against them, who knows who was right. Didn't respond to emails and then sent a confirmation text to my mobile that doesn't get any signal out in the valley, and no response to two emails I sent. Didn't get a call/text /email at the time of the appointment so still did the 45 minute trip in. Got told I would be contacted to resolve the issue but no attempt was made on their part again. Took the full amount I'd paid for the booking despite the clinician saying they were too busy to call me anyways at the time of the appointment. At least a small gesture of getting some of my money back or rebooking would have been appreciated seen as though they did the bare minimum regarding booking and I never confirmed the booking so still my word against theirs. As a first time customer trying out a new place wasn't impressed.

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely bloody awesome! I do a lot of facial treatments and have gone to many in the last 4 years in New Zealand but trust me this is the most best! Not going anywhere else after the experience. From the ambience, the hygiene, the service absolutely worth every penny. I did the 3 step acne facial and Krista looked after me so well! Extremely professional and is a absolute lovely. The process didn’t just make my skin look good but made me feel so healthy from Within. I can say with a lot of assurance that they haven’t compromised on the products they used as well! It was top most quality. Definitely referring this to everybody! ♥️
