   I'm giving 4 stars only because of my previous experiences at this restaurant. Unfortunately today was good experience at all. I ordered a evening size takeout of their sweet n sour pork which is usually tender, lightly battered, tangy slivers of crunchy pork in a piquant delicious sauce but today's dish paled in comparrison. It was toufh pieces of thick, soggy battered pork in a sickly sauce. It was so stoggy that it came out of the dish in one large glued together pile. I'm so dissapointed as I travel a fair distance (especially with the price of petrol these days) to buy just this dish. Not only was this sub-par but I ordered a large evening size portion to take away costing $23 and received less than I do from my local Chinese takeaway for half the price. I've recommended this restaurant to so many friends and now I feel terrible that I've done so. The owner needs to pay more attention to what's coming out of his kitchen instead of having his nose stuck in phone the entire time. I'm very dissapointed and won't be back.

   Okay Chinese restaurant, we probably didn't order their specialties. We had Hainan chicken rice that tastes like spring onion oil chicken. Fried hofen is not bad but also not amazing. Not crowded at all, not a lot of people. Newly taken over by new owner just setup in 2022. Will try again and update.

   Service was quick and seating comfortable. The wall of photos and pretty ceiling lights nicely passed time till our meal arrived. The Lemon Chicken was delicious! Not over sweetened. Only half a plate left when photo was taken.
