   Karen and Barry made this whole process alot less stressful, they kept us fully informed every step of the way. What we thought were big problems they made them feel small and insignificant. Karen and Barry are extremely knowledgeable and have a great network of people to help eg building inspectors, structural engineers, carpet layers, roofers ect. We trusted Karen and Barry fully with the whole process!!! They are an asset to the Ray White brand. Would 100% reccomend to anyone thinking about selling their house. A+++++++++

   It says open 24 hours. This should display the actual office hours. 9am till 3pm (maybe 4 pm if you're lucky) monday to friday. Although I have heard them advertise that they start work at 7:00 - 7:30 am. (Didn't get there till just before 8:00am and I wasn't allowed in to fill out paperwork till 9:00am) The team aren't strong at communicating and are prone to misleading you with details. While I understand that an authoraritive tone is nescecary for their job. There is a tendency for the team to take a stand-offish combative tone. I was treated like a criminal upon trying to return keys. I had my time wasted. Shouldn't have to ask people to do the due diligence of their jobs. There is an obvious lack of desire to do their due diligence. No accountability for mistakes and oversights made by the team. They will try to blame you for any. I would encourage them to do better. It has been a disapointing experience all round.
